Goods eligible for return

  • Retail packaging was saved and in good condition
  • Goods have mint/new condition and were used only for checking
  • Full set of delivery (cables, cases, chargers e. t. c.) is required and should have mint/new condition
  • Serial numbers, all tags and labels should be saved on items and packaging. We check matching of this info for each case of return

Terms of return

  • Products must match to goods eligible for return
  • Buyer can return purchased products within 14 days since date of receiving
  • Buyer pays shipping cost of return and is responsible for insurance of delivery
  • Returns with no reasons or buyer's mistake (wrong selection of product, wrong address or absence of buyer e. t. c.) will be subject refund of 80% product(s) cost without original shipping. Also we'll deduct cost of return if it will be charged by shipping carrier. 20% is cost of restocking and handling in this case.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable for following cases:
    • Returns with no reasons
    • Buyers mistakes (wrong selection of product e. t. c.)
    • Returns by shipping carrier due wrong address or absence of buyer

Order of return

  • First please contact to our support and inform about your wish of return with details
  • Customer service will provide RMA number, that should be marked on return package
  • Please mark RMA number to package and send to return address (noted on package or customer service will provide it on request)
  • We'll check goods on arrival (matching to goods eligible for return) and let you know decision
  • Refund will be made within 1-2 working days after positive decision for refund
