Migration to new site engine

Greeting to all new and returning customers!

Some technical info

We initiated migration to new site engine (from Magento 2 to Nop Commerce) on July 14 2023, and finished it on July 20 2023. Reasons for changing site engine:

• Benefits in speed and reliability (due ASP instead PHP)
• Convenient usage for administration and updating product data
• Significantly less amount of bugs and problems

About migrated orders and customers

We migrated all customer data (accounts, addresses, orders), however there are 2 moments:

• Passwords were not transferred (due other encryption)
• Order details are represented as order note in following data:

So what we should say here:

Customers can reset their passwords via "Forgot Password?" link (on login page)

Tracking info (for migrated orders only) can be found in order note at the end of note - Migration Tracking Number:YT2319121221000385 in above example.

Further ongoing works

• Site still contains some minor bugs or CSS styles defects, it will be fixed within month
• Help desk with tickets system is also on the way
• SMS notification about shipments is on the list
• Further improvements of site speed (faster search and catalog pages)
